A few of my favorite things:

Greater love hath no mother than she give up her gym towel for her son who forgot his.

When Ed fell on the stairs ending up with badly bruised big toe, we gave him Ibuprofen. He took them a couple of times, then refused insisting: “They do more harm than good.” It takes wisdom to know the difference.

“Practicing kindness, like practicing gratitude, releases serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin hormones that make us feel happy.” Holly Richardson

“Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.” — Rumi

Expect less, appreciate more.

I hold the power to heal and be healed.

“The miracle of self-healing occurs when the inner patient yields to the inner physician.” Vernon Howard

"Remind yourself you cannot fail at being yourself." Wayne Dyer

“Youth is not a time of life; It is a state of mind . . .  it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.” — Samuel Ullman

“Nobody is superior, nobody is inferior. People are simply unique, incomparable.” — Osho

Let the teacher in me honor and respect the teacher in you.

Make today the best time of your life.
