The last time President Obama was on the David Letterman Show.
Amy suggested we watch this interview on Netflix.

TV legend David Letterman teams up with fascinating global figures for in-depth interviews and curiosity-fueled excursions in this monthly talk shows.

They talked about what they had been doing since they lost their jobs; their families, love, respect, racism – Letterman had some great videos of when he walked the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, with John Lewis as he told him about that bloody Sunday March 7, 1965, with actual footage.
It was a class act. Catch it if you can.

When it was over, DeRay wondered if I wanted to watch the news.
“NO. I don’t want to spoil the good feelings of love and hope, compassion and humor of these two intelligent friends; the serenity; the equanimity. Touching to the point of tears.
