Gratifying

I spray the windows and outside of the house

before the Weber water is turned off this weekend.

Then I wash all the upstairs windows.

The next day,

I wash all the main floor windows,

inside and out.

I wonder how many 81-year-olds wash windows on a 2-story house;

Particularly four & five days out from knock-out breast cancer surgery.

Mainly washing with my left hand.

I found it is not so easy to vacuum or mop the floor with my left hand;

but I try.

Culminating with a trike ride

in the warm autumn sun

to capture the brilliant fall colors.

Gratifying.
